  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Diced red onion
  • 1 cup Diced bell pepper any color
  • ¼ cup Chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine corn, tomatoes, red onion, and bell pepper.
  2. Add chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
