Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Plant-based milk
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
Add plant-based milk and mix until smooth.
Fold in corn kernels and chopped green onions.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Spoon batter into the pan, forming small fritters. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
