Ingredients

  • 1 cup Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Plant-based milk
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add plant-based milk and mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in corn kernels and chopped green onions.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Spoon batter into the pan, forming small fritters. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
