  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the corn kernels and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10-15 minutes until they are tender and slightly golden.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
