  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 0.25 cup cornstarch
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender, combine corn, coconut milk, cornstarch, sugar, salt, turmeric, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden brown on top.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving.
