Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cranberries fresh or frozen
  • ¼ cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest
  • 1 package Vegan puff pastry thawed
  • 1 cup Vegan brie cheese cubed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cranberries, maple syrup, and orange zest. Set aside.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 12 squares. Place each square into a mini muffin tin.
  4. Add a cube of vegan brie cheese to each pastry square, then top with a spoonful of the cranberry mixture.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
