- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Dried cranberries
- ½ cup Chopped celery
- ½ cup Chopped green onions
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, dried cranberries, chopped celery, and chopped green onions.
Add the mayonnaise and lemon juice to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
