Cranberry Nut Bread Pudding

- 4 cups Stale Bread, cubed
- 1 cup Cranberries dried
- ½ cup Nuts chopped
- 2 cups Almond Milk
- ½ cup Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
Add the cubed bread, cranberries, and chopped nuts to the bowl. Mix well to coat the bread.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
