  • 4 cups Brussels sprouts, shredded
  • ½ cup Dried cranberries
  • ½ cup Pecans, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded Brussels sprouts, dried cranberries, and chopped pecans.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the Brussels sprout mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
