  • 12 oz Fresh Cranberries
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Orange Zest optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse the cranberries and discard any that are damaged.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens.
  4. 4. Stir in the orange zest, if using. Let the sauce cool before serving.
