Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 6 cups Fresh spinach washed and dried
  • ½ cup Dried cranberries
  • ½ cup Chopped walnuts toasted
  • ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
