Cranberry Spinach Salad

Salad Ingredients
- 6 cups Fresh spinach washed and dried
- ½ cup Dried cranberries
- ½ cup Chopped walnuts toasted
- ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
Dressing Ingredients
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, and red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
