Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Bread cubes preferably whole grain
  • 1 cup Chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Chopped celery
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried sage
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine bread cubes, chopped walnuts, and dried cranberries.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped celery and onion, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked celery and onion to the bread mixture. Pour in the vegetable broth and mix well. Season with thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
