Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cans Tomatoes, crushed
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. Stir well.
  5. Let the sauce simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in coconut milk and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. Use a blender to puree the sauce until smooth.
  8. Serve hot over pasta or as a base for other dishes.
