Instructions
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. Stir well.
Let the sauce simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in coconut milk and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
Use a blender to puree the sauce until smooth.
Serve hot over pasta or as a base for other dishes.
