Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Okra, sliced
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Creole Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and celery. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Stir in the diced tomatoes, sliced okra, and vegetable broth.
  5. 5. Add the Creole seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  6. 6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
