Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
Gradually add almond milk, whisking until smooth.
Stir in vanilla extract and vegetable oil.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan, tilting to spread evenly.
Cook until edges lift and bottom is golden, about 2 minutes.
Flip and cook another minute.
Repeat with remaining batter.
