Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place coated florets on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
