  • 2 cups Chickpeas cooked and mashed
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs vegan
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed chickpeas, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into patties or strips.
  4. Place the patties or strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
