  • 1 baguette French baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Fresh basil chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Top each baguette slice with the tomato mixture and serve immediately.
