  • 1 baguette Baguette sliced
  • 1 cup Vegan Ricotta
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  4. Spread vegan ricotta on each slice.
  5. Top with halved cherry tomatoes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if using.
