  • 1 baguette French baguette sliced
  • 2 cups Tomatoes diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
  • 1 handful Fresh basil chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Top each baguette slice with the tomato mixture and garnish with fresh basil.
