Main Ingredients
- 1 baguette French baguette sliced
- 2 cups Tomatoes diced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
- 1 handful Fresh basil chopped
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Top each baguette slice with the tomato mixture and garnish with fresh basil.
