Ingredients

  • 2 cups almonds
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, pulse almonds until finely ground.
  3. Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt. Pulse until combined.
  4. Press mixture into a pie dish.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool before filling.
