  • ¼ cup Ice water as needed
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. 2. Add cold vegan butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. 3. Gradually add ice water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together.
  4. 4. Form the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and use as needed.
