Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Cuban bread
  • 1 cup Vegan ham slices
  • 1 cup Vegan Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup Dill pickles, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Yellow mustard

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your panini press.
  2. 2. Slice the Cuban bread in half lengthwise.
  3. 3. Spread mustard on both halves of the bread.
  4. 4. Layer vegan ham, vegan Swiss cheese, and pickles on one half of the bread.
  5. 5. Place the other half of the bread on top and press down gently.
  6. 6. Place the sandwich in the panini press and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  7. 7. Remove from the press, slice, and serve hot.
