Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Cuban bread sliced lengthwise
  • 1 cup Vegan ham slices
  • 1 cup Vegan Swiss cheese sliced
  • 1 cup Pickles sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Yellow mustard

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the panini press.
  2. 2. Spread mustard on the inside of the bread slices.
  3. 3. Layer vegan ham, vegan Swiss cheese, and pickles on one slice of bread.
  4. 4. Top with the other slice of bread.
  5. 5. Place the sandwich in the panini press and cook until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted, about 5-10 minutes.
  6. 6. Cut the sandwich into halves and serve.
