Main Ingredients
- 2 Cucumbers sliced
- 1 Red Onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Slice the cucumbers and red onion.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add the sliced cucumbers and onions to the bowl and toss to coat.
4. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for an hour for a colder salad.
