- 2 cups cucumber sliced
- 1 cup vegan yogurt
- 2 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Slice the cucumbers.
In a mixing bowl, combine vegan yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Add the sliced cucumbers to the bowl and mix well.
Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
