- 1 Cucumber peeled and chopped
- 1 Jalapeno seeded and chopped
- 2 cups Water
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Agave syrup
- 1 pinch Salt
1. Combine cucumber, jalapeno, water, lime juice, agave syrup, and salt in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Strain the mixture into a pitcher.
4. Serve over ice and enjoy.
