- 1 Cucumber peeled and chopped
- 10 leaves Mint fresh
- 2 cups Water
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Agave syrup or to taste
1. Combine cucumber, mint leaves, water, lemon juice, and agave syrup in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Strain the mixture to remove pulp.
4. Serve chilled.
