- 1 cup cucumber, grated
- 1 cup vegan yogurt
- 2 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- to taste Salt
Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water.
In a bowl, mix the cucumber, vegan yogurt, chopped mint leaves, cumin powder, and salt.
Stir well and serve chilled.
