Refreshing vegan sorbet made with cucumbers and mint.

Main Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers peeled and chopped
- 0.5 cup fresh mint leaves
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 0.25 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Blend cucumbers, mint, sugar, water, and lime juice until smooth.
Strain the mixture to remove solids.
Pour into a shallow dish and freeze for 2 hours.
Scrape with a fork to create a sorbet texture.
