Cucumber Salad Recipe
A refreshing vegan cucumber salad.

Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Cucumber sliced
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill chopped
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss to coat evenly.
4. Sprinkle the chopped dill over the salad and toss again.
5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
