  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Thinly slice the cucumbers and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved.
  3. 3. Pour the vinegar mixture over the cucumbers and toss to coat.
  4. 4. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
