- 1 cup Cucumber, grated
- 1 cup Vegan Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Dill, chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated cucumber, vegan yogurt, lemon juice, chopped dill, and minced garlic.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Mix well and serve chilled.
