- 2 large Cucumbers sliced thin
- 1 cup Vegan Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon Dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the vegan sour cream, dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
2. Add the sliced cucumbers to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the dressing.
3. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before serving.
