Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Firm Tofu drained and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 8 slices Whole Grain Bread toasted
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup Tomato sliced

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled tofu, curry powder, vegan mayonnaise, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Spread the tofu mixture evenly on four slices of toasted bread.
  3. Top with shredded lettuce and sliced tomato.
  4. Place the remaining slices of toasted bread on top to form sandwiches.
  5. Cut sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
