  • 1 bunch dandelion greens washed and chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes optional
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, if using. Sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the dandelion greens and cook until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
