Ingredients 

Batter

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 Oreos
  • as needed vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add non-dairy milk and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Dip each Oreo into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
  5. Carefully place the battered Oreos into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove Oreos from oil using tongs and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
