  • 1 block Firm Tofu drained and pressed
  • 2 tablespoon Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Black Salt (Kala Namak)
  • 1 pinch Paprika for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blend tofu, vegan mayo, mustard, turmeric, and black salt until smooth.
  2. 2. Scoop mixture into a mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Use a spoon or piping bag to fill hollowed-out tofu pieces with the mixture.
  4. 4. Garnish with a pinch of paprika.
