Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Raw cashews soaked in water for 4 hours
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Fresh dill chopped
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ cup Water as needed
1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
2. In a blender, combine cashews, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, and water. Blend until smooth.
3. Stir in the chopped dill.
4. Adjust seasoning to taste and add more water if needed for desired consistency.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
