Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1 cup finely chopped vegetables (carrots, cabbage, mushrooms)
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. Mix flour and water to form a dough. Knead until smooth.
  2. Roll out dough and cut into small circles.
  3. Mix vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and salt.
  4. Place a spoonful of filling in each dough circle and fold to seal.
  5. Steam for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
