  • 1 cup All-purpose flour heat-treated
  • ½ cup Vegan butter softened
  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Cocoa powder
  • ½ cup Vegan chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoon Plant-based milk

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, cream together the vegan butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  2. 2. Add the vanilla extract and plant-based milk, and mix until combined.
  3. 3. Gradually add the heat-treated flour and cocoa powder, mixing until well combined.
  4. 4. Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
  5. 5. Enjoy immediately or chill in the refrigerator for a firmer texture.
