- 1 cup All-purpose flour heat-treated
- ½ cup Vegan butter softened
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- ¼ cup Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ cup Cocoa powder
- ½ cup Vegan chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoon Plant-based milk
1. In a mixing bowl, cream together the vegan butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
2. Add the vanilla extract and plant-based milk, and mix until combined.
3. Gradually add the heat-treated flour and cocoa powder, mixing until well combined.
4. Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
5. Enjoy immediately or chill in the refrigerator for a firmer texture.
