Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.5 cup cocoa powder
- 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
- 0.5 cup coconut oil, melted
- 0.75 cup brown sugar
- 0.25 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the melted coconut oil and brown sugar until well combined.
Add the almond milk and vanilla extract to the wet mixture.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are set.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
