Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi Rice
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 large Avocado sliced
  • 1 large Cucumber julienned
  • 4 sheets Nori
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce for serving

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
  2. 2. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into the cooked rice.
  3. 3. Place a nori sheet on the bamboo mat, shiny side down.
  4. 4. Spread an even layer of sushi rice over the nori.
  5. 5. Arrange avocado slices and cucumber julienne in a line along the bottom edge of the nori.
  6. 6. Roll the bamboo mat away from you, pressing gently to shape the roll.
  7. 7. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.
  8. 8. Serve with soy sauce.
