  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  3. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
