  • 3 tablespoon Dukkah
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle the dukkah evenly over the salmon fillets, pressing it down gently to adhere.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
