Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Warm water

Filling

  • 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots, grated
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and warm water to form a dough. Knead until smooth, then cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. In another bowl, mix all filling ingredients together.
  3. 3. Roll out the dough and cut into small circles. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle and fold to seal.
  4. 4. Steam the dumplings for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
