Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Mushrooms finely chopped
  • 1 medium Shallot finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the shallot and garlic, and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the mushrooms, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms release their moisture and it evaporates, about 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Continue to cook until the mixture is dry and browned, about 5 more minutes.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and let cool. Use as desired.
