  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 0.5 cup Vegan Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add flour and baking powder to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in the melted vegan butter until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool completely before serving.
