- 2 cups Fresh strawberries hulled and chopped
- 1 cup Coconut milk full-fat
- ½ cup Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1. Blend strawberries, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
3. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
4. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
