Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 0.5 cup almonds
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup almond butter
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Blend dates in a food processor until they form a sticky ball.
  2. Add almonds, oats, chia seeds, and salt. Pulse until combined.
  3. Add maple syrup and almond butter. Blend until mixture sticks together.
  4. Press mixture into a lined baking dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
