Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape into rounds.
  6. Cook the muffins in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
